(CercleFinance.com) – The partnership limited by shares, Rubis, declared to the AMF that it had individually crossed the thresholds of 15%, 10% and 5% of the capital and voting rights of the company Hydrogène de France and no longer individually hold any shares in this company.
At the same time, the simplified joint stock company, Rubis Renouvelables, declared to the AMF that it had exceeded the thresholds of 5%, 10% and 15% of the capital and voting rights of the company Hydrogène de France and held 18.46% of the capital and voting rights of this company.
These threshold crossings result from the sale by Rubis of 2,530,894 Hydrogène de France shares to Rubis Renouvelables as part of an internal reclassification operation.
