The wait never ends or good things take time? Whichever way you look at it, there’s nothing you can do about it anyway: The Miles Morales sequel to Spider-Man: A New Universe has been postponed again by almost a year.

Actually should Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse appear in October 2022, but nothing will come of it: Sony has changed its release calendar for the coming months and the sequel to the award-winning comic book adaptation 2023 pushed:

It’s also the second time Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse has been pushed back. According to the new plan, the first sequel Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse Part 1 will be released on June 2, 2023 and the second part Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse Part 2 on March 29, 2024. After all, the waiting time would be between the parts therefore not so long.

Across the Spider-Verse: The New Adventures of Miles Morales

In Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse you will again accompany the young Miles Morales after the events of Spider-Man: A New Universe. True to the name, it will certainly be about the different Spider-Man multiverses clashing again – as well as the different Spider-Men themselves.

What is particularly special about the Spider-Man trilogy is the wonderful animation stylethe great music and the emotional story – at least if you go after the first part. In 2019, Spider-Man: A New Universe (well deserved if you ask me) has it Oscar for the best animated film of the year won.

If the new release date is met, then appears Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse on June 2, 2023 – and a year later the trilogy ends. There Disney+ is one of the publishers of the second part, the film will probably be the first to appear on this streaming platform after the cinema release.
