The General Meeting of shareholders, meeting on Thursday June 16 at the headquarters of I.Ceram, endorsed this appointment. Jean-Jacques Carre will sit on the Board of Directors of I.Ceram alongside Viviane Neiter (independent), Benoit Péricard (independent), Bertrand Buguet (independent), Jean-François Carminati (independent), Alain Vassal, and Guy Viel (independent).
Jean-Jacques Carre specializes in supporting innovative Biotech and MedTech companies in the fields of health, digital health, biotechnologies, market access, business development, economic models, and the health system. During his 30-year career in the healthcare industry, he held various senior executive and board member positions with multinationals such as Smith & Nephew, Tornier International and Stryker.
