You have been a Diadermine ambassador for several years, how do you recognize yourself in this brand?
Sidonie Bonnec: it is a brand that supports women throughout their lives, which offers healthy products with effective active ingredients. She is also caring and quite accessible, which totally suits me.

What beauty products do you use every day?
I love the Lift+ range, particularly the hydrating day treatment, and the vitamin C and pro-collagen capsules. I apply them in the morning before moisturizer. It’s an ultra-enveloping, slightly powdery texture. In the evening, I use the Lift+ active plant serum.

What do you never forget about?
I love beauty waters, like Caudalie, which I apply when I wake up and in the evening after removing makeup. The trick is not to let the mist dry and to apply your moisturizing products straight away. For the body, I really like the anti-sagging moisturizing milk from the Esthederm brand.

Have you changed your beauty routine in your 40s?
I haven’t lived 40 years like a cap, we all age, I don’t want to be sick of that… I haven’t had cosmetic surgery, however, I do facial massages, particularly Kobido with facialists. I treat myself to this every month and a half or every two months. I try to reproduce these massage techniques at home, when I apply my moisturizers.

Anti-aging tips to feel good about yourself?
Eat well, drink very little, don’t smoke, and sleep! You also need to find an hour or two during the week to move, even if it’s just walking. It gives you energy and allows you to take care of your body. I move whenever I can.

A beauty tip that you get from your mom?
My mother always told me to go out with pink lips, it was her little personal touch. When you turn 40, you want a little more color. I’m a fan of Guerlain’s KissKiss lipsticks. It immediately gives a healthy glow and a fresh effect to the face.

What are your makeup essentials?
I’m an absolute fan of Charlotte Tilbury, especially her iridescent eyeshadows, I love the Beautyverse Palette. She also has very beautiful eye pencils, the Color Chameleon. I also really like BB creams, like that of Fleurance Nature, which evens out the complexion very lightly, without marking fine lines.

Your favorite perfume?
The Bonpoint eau de parfum perfume for children, I’m crazy about it! It’s my little comfort perfume…

A tip from a makeup artist that stood out to you?
It’s to use patches around the eyes, I like the Talika brand ones, which I put in my fridge. Instead of putting on tons of makeup, it’s always better to prepare your skin well.
