For fifteen days, Audrey Baltrons, a 39-year-old Aveyronnaise, has still given no sign of life. Something to worry about his relatives, who mention in particular his unusual behavior on the day of his disappearance.

A new disappearance which worries the police. Since Friday, February 10, Audrey Baltrons gave no sign of life to his relatives. That day, this 39-year-old woman mysteriously vanished around 6 p.m. in Decazeville, a town located in the Aveyron department, where she lives with her two children aged 11 and 12. His family reported him missing on Monday, February 13. A wanted notice was then immediately launched by the Decazeville police station. Two weeks later, investigators still seem to have no leads. The loved ones of the disappeared, meanwhile, are desperate.

This Friday, February 24, our colleagues from The Noon Dispatch went to meet them to collect their testimonies. Bridget, Audrey Baltrons’ mother notably expressed her doubts about her daughter’s behavior from Friday, February 10. And for good reason, when she usually picks up her children from college, she decided that day to leave this task to their grandmother. “She asked me to pick up the kids from college, but it was very brief: ‘Mom, can you pick up the kids from college?’ Then it cut off. Everything stopped, nothing. Since then, it’s as if she had never existed”says the mother of Audrey. “I felt her a little disturbed, I asked her if she had any worries, if she needed help, but I couldn’t get her to talk…”

disturbing messages

But that’s not the only thing that worried Audrey’s loved ones. After a weekend without news, they received three messages from the mother’s phoneMonday, February 13. “One at 6:14 p.m. and another at 6:15 p.m.”relates Olivier, Audrey’s father-in-law, to our colleagues. “She asked us to take care of the children.” For Benjamin, the little brother of the deceased, “The messages were scary. But reading the messages over and over again made it more headlong”. Last disturbing element: the absence of movement on the bank account of the young woman since her disappearance. “How does she do every day? Without a phone, without money either, how does she…?” asks his mother, according to Press Center.
