A real plebiscite. Emmanuel Macron won 86% of the votes of French people living abroad in the second round of the presidential election. Its score peaks at 94% among the French in New York and San Francisco, 93% among expatriates living in Germany. The only notable exception, Marine Le Pen is ahead of him in Russia in the constituencies of Moscow (58%) and Saint Petersburg (54%).
