TV star Zeigler threatened after Werder bankruptcy

“Since there are apparently people who take a lost soccer game as an opportunity to threaten, harass and insult me while the game is running, I first deactivated the comment function, blocked the personal messages and will take this page offline tomorrow” , wrote the 55-year-old on Saturday on his personal page.
What was the specific cause or content of the insults and threats initially remained open. “I have a life. I have a family. It was all about football,” wrote Zeigler. Born in Bremen, he has been a stadium announcer at Werder since 1997 and presents the TV program “Zeigler’s wonderful world of football”, among other things.
