Caroline Roux is a fulfilled woman. Not only is his C program in the air a hit, but, in addition, his private life is a real fairy tale. Mother of two children, the presenter confided in her family life, during an interview with the Figaro, published this Sunday, January 23. She took the opportunity to declare her love to her husband, Laurent Solly, the former chief of staff of Nicolas Sarkozy and current boss of Facebook France: “He has a look that lifts me up, I have a lot of admiration for him, his judgement, his knowledge of history and political life.”
From a previous marriage, Caroline Roux had a daughter, Rosalie, while Laurent Solly was already the father of two other daughters, Victoire and Sixtine. Together they had a son, Marceau, born in 2009. With this large blended family, daily life is not always easy for Caroline Roux: “It’s not easy for any working woman. Me, I gave up the mornings. Ever since they were little, breakfast is without me. They see me on the air, and the older they get, the more they have an opinion on my interviews. I like their look, I listen to what they say.”
She is preparing a new show
Even if the schedule is already busy, Caroline Roux has found room for a new project. In this election period, the presenter announced to Elle Magazine, be developing a whole new concept, in which she “to interview[a] all candidates on a particular topic: foreign policy“
