INVESTIGATION – 71% of young people believe that they could quit their job if their employer asked them to return to 100% face-to-face, indicates a recent study by the Adp Research Institute. A new vision of the world of work which is not unanimous.

Two-thirds of the global workforce (64%) have already considered looking for another job if their employer insists they return to full-time work. And, contrary to what one might think, young people, aged 18 to 24, are almost three quarters to say so (71%)“, reports the ADP Research Institute, in a study published Wednesday, July 13. Specializing in labor market research and employee performance, the institute’s researchers interviewed nearly 30,000 workers in 17 countries around the world, including 15,000 in Europe. At the continental level, one figure stands out: 65% of European workers would be ready to leave their job if their employer imposed 100% face-to-face work on them.
