Two days after being robbed and kidnapped, Bruno Guillon blames the blow. This Friday September 29, 2023, the host of France 2 was invited on the radio RTL and spoke to Yves Calvi about the tragedy that occurred on September 27 at his home. As a reminder, burglars broke into his home located in Tessancourt-sur-Aubettea small village located in Yvelines, in the middle of the night, in order to steal it.
It was after breaking the window of the guest bedroom located on the ground floor that the thugs managed to enter the house and reach the host’s bedroom. ‘I see my wife, with a gun to her head, I see my son who is threatened by two guys […] I have my hands tied behind my back, taken to my son’s room, told that if I do anything they will kill me, and I see my wife with someone else , with a gun to his head, they take him into the corridor, I ask them to take me and leave my wife with my son, but they leave…’‘ Bruno Guillon told Yves Calvi.

Bruno Guillon more emotional than ever after his burglary
Very moved and in tears, the former NRJ radio star who returned to work the next day, nevertheless continued his tragic story : “They leave me with my son, and we stay locked in for what will be the longest 30 minutes of my life. It’s an explosion, it’s not even fear, you leave your body, it’s astonishment.”.
As assumed by many people, this burglary was not due to chance and was obviously targeted. Bruno Guillon has just confirmed this during his appearance on RTL : ”It’s around 3am, there are 3 of them. I’m sleeping. I hear my son talking so I think he is talking to me and that he has a problem. His room is before our room, and I hear someone else. Obviously I get up, and there, immediately, I see a light rushing towards me with someone screaming and putting a gun to my forehead and saying Shut up, we’re going to kill you, we know who you are.”
In the end, the burglars managed to steal several valuable objects, namely bags, jewelry and luxury watches and the amount of loot would be estimated at more than €80,000.
