The ex-wife of the Taulier told Faustine Bollaert why she had decided to leave the film sets during the fourteenth season.

"I stopped Sous le soleil at the end of 14 years because filming is very difficult humanly. It is a life where we do not allow much privacy. We take a lot of things from you: your time, your health and everyone doesn't care." she said. She specifies that her choice was also taken because of her role. "The production had taken it into my head to make me a role that spent its time suffering, being mistreated.
