For 3 years, Marc has become an outlaw by refusing his ex-wife to recover custody of their children. And for good reason, the new companion of the latter would be dangerous.

For three years, Marc, a father, has been living illegally with his two children aged 10 and 11 in a small village in Hérault. Separated from the mother of the cubs since 2016, he is now exposed to heavy penalties.

Now, Marc is fighting for custody of his son and daughter and refuses to hand over the children to their mother as required by a decision of the Montpellier family court judge.

Several years ago, following the separation, the mother chose to leave Hérault and move to Ariège. For more than 2 years, the children remained without news of their mother, who reappeared in 2018 asking for their custody.

His ex-wife is now in a relationship with a 39-year-old man, father of 9 children and convicted 14 times.

A toxic relationship that could endanger Marc’s children according to him.

Indeed, the man is already suspected of violence, sexual assault and rape of a minor.
In particular on his own daughter, in 2015 in a campsite in Normandy, the latter was then 14 years old and had lodged a complaint. Since that day, a judicial investigation has been opened for sexual assault and rape by ascendant on a minor.

A social investigation also reveals that Marc’s ex-wife was herself victims of violence from her new companion while she was pregnant.

Despite these suspicions of rape and violence, Marc’s son and daughter could yet be taken away from him in the coming days. The father of the family is summoned before the Montpellier juvenile judge at the end of August. He fears that he will not be able to leave with them. The appeal of the decision of the JAF orders that the children be returned to their mother.

Marc indicated that he was not opposed to his ex-wife seeing their children, however he refuses that these meetings take place at the mother’s home and even less in the presence of his companion.

“I will return my children when their stepfather, suspected of rape of his own daughter, has been tried.” says Marc.
