(CercleFinance.com) – The company JP Morgan Chase & Co. declared to the AMF that it indirectly crossed upwards, on May 10, 2022, the threshold of 10% of the voting rights of the company I2PO and indirectly holds, through the intermediary of the companies it controls, 9.85% of the capital and 11.36% of the voting rights of this company.
This threshold crossing results from an acquisition of I2PO shares on the market and an increase in the number of I2PO shares held under a contract with a third party (owner of said shares) conferring the right to the company JP Morgan Chase & Co. to use such shares at any time.
