(CercleFinance.com) – Icade posts IFRS revenues up 12.3% to 322 million euros for the first three months of 2024, including rental income from real estate of 93.7 million (+3.8% ) and a promotion turnover of 223.3 million (+16.2%).
‘Real estate markets remain under pressure. The property company’s revenues are still supported at the start of the year by the positive effect of indexation, while the development’s turnover benefits from the activity embarked on in 2023, explains general manager Nicolas Joly.
The real estate group, which confirms its financial objectives for 2024, also indicates that its AGM of April 19 approved its dividend for 2023 of 4.84 euros per share, an increase of 11.8%, and paid entirely in cash.
