Icade: 7% increase in CFNC in 2022


(CercleFinance.com) – Icade publishes net current cash flow (NCCF) for 2022 up 7% to approximately 417 million euros (i.e. +5.9% to 5.50 euros per share),’ above guidance’, for IFRS revenue up 9% to 1.8 billion euros.

Showing an ANR NDV up by around 12% to 101.4 euros per share (i.e. 7.7 billion in total), the real estate group will propose to its general meeting of April 21, a dividend of 4.33 euros per share, up 3.1%.

For 2023, Icade is targeting a stable or slightly higher group NCCF per share, excluding the effect of this year’s disposals, as well as a 2023 dividend trend in line with that of net current cash flow, with a payout ratio of approximately 80%.
