(Boursier.com) — Icade and Artbridge Investments have signed the acquisition of a hotel located in Neuilly-sur-Seine with a view to its transformation and conversion into a luxury residential complex meeting ambitious environmental requirements. This operation will be carried out in co-promotion by the teams of AfterWork by Icade – Icade’s offer dedicated to the transformation of offices into housing – and those of Artbridge Investments.
The hotel, built in the 1960s then restructured at the end of the 1990s, is located on Boulevard Victor Hugo in Neuilly sur-Seine and has 281 rooms and suites in an area of ​​approximately 15,000 m2. Located in the heart of a mainly residential area and close to the American Hospital, the Lycée Pasteur and Porte Maillot, the asset has all the intrinsic qualities allowing it to be converted into a luxury apartment building.
