Icade and Nexity sign the land promise to build 43,000 m(2) on the macro-island of the ZAC Confluences in Avignon

(Boursier.com) — Icade And Nexityvia its subsidiary Primosud, have signed the land promise to develop 43,000 m(2) on macro-island 2 of the ZAC Confluences in Avignon. After winning the call for projects launched by the Communauté d’agglomération du Grand Avignon and the city of Avignon in the summer of 2023, Icade and Primosud will carry out the first major mixed project, Inspir’Avignon, in the ZAC Confluences, strategically located near the Avignon TGV station.

With a surface area of ​​43,000 m(2), this piece of city with bioclimatic architecture will offer housing, economic activities, leisure and shops. It will be the macro-island demonstrating the new face of the city of Avignon, combining preservation of natural heritage and creation of a modern and sustainable urbanity.
