(Boursier.com) — Following the signing on October 21 of the promise to purchase, Icade finalized on December 19 the acquisition of the Défense Parc building located in Nanterre Préfecture (92). This asset made up of 2 buildings over almost 20,000 m(2) is located, rue des 3 Fontanots, in the heart of the Terrasses de l’Arche district in Nanterre Préfecture, opposite the RER A station. It is fully let to 2 leading tenants, the Ministry of the Interior and SCC France.
Located in the immediate vicinity of the RER A station and the future RER E Nanterre La Folie station, and less than 10 minutes by transport from Paris CBD, this building offers a wide range of services such as a company restaurant, a cafeteria as well as parking spaces with charging for electric vehicles. In addition, the building will eventually have an auditorium on the ground floor.
This acquisition of a “value add” building (entirely let for a few years) for an amount of 63 ME, in a region undergoing rapid change (arrival of new head offices, new express metro line, etc.) and on which the Foncière Tertiaire is already very present, offers potential for value creation over time linked to future redevelopment.
