(CercleFinance.com) – Icade announces that on 27 October it finalized the sale of the AXE 13 building located in Nanterre Préfecture (Hauts de Seine), in accordance with the synallagmatic promise to sell signed with the SCPI Elysées on 29 July.
Located eight minutes from Paris CBD by transport, this building of more than 16,000 m² is entirely let to AXA for a residual term of more than eight years and is part of a real estate complex of four buildings built between 2006 and 2010.
After those of Millénaire 4 and Gambetta, this new disposal brings the volume of disposals carried out since the start of the year to nearly €600 million and enables Icade to finalize its 2022 disposal plan as of today with the achievement of its annual objective.
