(CercleFinance.com) – The Icape Group today announces the acquisition of 100% of the capital of the company Princitec, a high value-added supplier of printed circuits.
Located near Düsseldorf, Princitec has been providing all services related to the distribution of printed circuits since 2004, from a technical, sourcing and quality perspective. In 2022, the company generated a turnover of 6.5 million euros as well as a gross margin of around 25.5%.
According to Icape, this operation will allow it to unlock significant synergy potential while continuing to diversify its sourcing.
‘Princitec presents all the necessary assets to generate incremental organic growth following its integration into our Group,’ commented Yann Duigou, general manager of the group.
