(Boursier.com) — The ICAPE Group, a global technological distributor of printed circuit boards, informs its shareholders that its Combined General Meeting was held on Tuesday May 16, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. at the Company’s head office, in Fontenay-aux- Roses.
The number of voting rights held by shareholders present or represented was 9,092,873, ie a quorum of 80.78%.
Among the resolutions adopted are the approval of the appointment to the Board of Directors of Ms. Christelle Bonnevie, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Group, and of Mr. Arnaud Le Coguic, Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Head of Investor Relations of the Group, as directors for a period of three years. The shareholders also renewed the mandates of Mrs. Brigitte Le Borgne, Mrs. Ranxu Mazet and Mr. Yann Duigou for a new period of three years.
The Board of Directors of the ICAPE Group is thus now composed of 10 members:
Mr. Thierry Ballenghien, Chairman of the Board of Directors;

Ms. Ranxu Mazet;

Ms. Christelle Bonnevie;
