(CercleFinance.com) – Icape Holding announces the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Mon Print, a supplier of printed circuit board solutions in Denmark, for a purchase price of 0.7 million euros which may be supplements depending on the 2022 and 2023 results of Mon Print.
This company particularly provides services to its customers in the fields of medical, telecommunications, industry and commerce. In 2021, it generated net annual revenue of DKK 9.4 million and EBIT of DKK 0.7 million.
The consolidation of this acquisition will take place from January 1, 2022, it being entirely financed in cash. The new entity will be called Icape Denmark and integrated as a subsidiary of the printed circuit board distributor.
