(CercleFinance.com) – Icape Holding, distributor of printed circuit boards, announces that, as part of its listing on Euronext Growth in Paris, Gilbert Dupont has partially exercised the over-allotment option, resulting in the issue of 21,307 additional new shares.
This issue, carried out at the offer price of 16.95 euros per share, represents a capital increase of an additional amount of 0.36 million euros, thus bringing the final amount of the offer to 17.4 millions of euros.
As a result, the total number of shares offered as part of its initial public offering amounts to 1,024,307 new shares, and the free float now represents approximately 12.66% of Icape Holding’s share capital.
