(CercleFinance.com) – Idi announces that PLC, a group in which it acquired a stake a few months ago, has acquired Creapharm Cosmetics, a CDMO specializing in the shaping of cosmetic products with recognized expertise in hot casting and sun protection.
This first structuring acquisition allows PLC to complete its product offering and establish its position as a key player in the CDMO market for cosmetics and food supplement brands.
The group now has nearly 80 employees and will achieve a pro forma turnover of more than 22 million euros in 2023 (+38%). The Placet family, shareholder of Creapharm, is reinvesting as a minority shareholder in the new group.
