A major player in solutions dedicated to the digital communication of companies, the Sarbacane Group welcomes EMZ to its capital, alongside the management team and the IDI who are reinvesting during this new operation. The latter allows the IDI to achieve in two years a net investment multiple of 3.1x and a net IRR of more than 70%.
