IDI: transfer of shares in Ateliers de France

(CercleFinance.com) – IDI, RAISE Invest and Tikehau Capital announce the sale of their majority stake in the Ateliers de France Group, in a round table led by the founders and directors who, with 150 managers and employees, become majority shareholders.

On this occasion, the Cultural and Creative Industries division of Bpifrance, historic shareholder, also sells its stake and Bpifrance, via its Large Cap teams, takes a stake in the company alongside the founders-managers and a North American investor.

Supported since 2017 by IDI, RAISE Invest, Tikehau Capital and Bpifrance, the Ateliers de France Group is the world leader in high-end decorative second works. It has nearly 2,300 employees, 80% of whom are highly qualified craftsmen.
