Idris Elba (47, "Luther") has tested positive for the corona virus. The actor has now expressed suspicions that he may have contracted the wife of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau (48). Canada's first lady Sophie Grégoire (44) is currently suffering from Covid-19. In a video on Twitter Elba talks about the meeting between Grégoire and him at a charity gala in Wembley on March 4th.
"It is difficult to say exactly when I was infected with the corona virus, but I know that I came into contact with it on March 4th. This date is my only known encounter with the pathogen."
In the clip, Elba reaffirmed that he was fine and that he had no symptoms. As a precaution, his wife Sabrina (29) was now also tested because she was with Elba the whole time. Until the result of the test is there, his wife is a bit "nervous," said Elba.
