(Boursier.com) — IDSUD announces that its supervisory board has appointed the firm BM&A, represented by Pierre Béal, as an independent expert in the context of the OPRA project targeting IDSUD shares which was announced on February 6, 2024 Its mission will extend to OPAS which would then be initiated directly or indirectly by Jérémie Arnould Luciani and Mrs. Marie-Thérèse Luciani who form a joint venture.
This designation was decided on February 8, 2024 by the supervisory board, unanimously of its members (the President of the supervisory board, Marie-Thérèse Luciani, not taking part in the vote), subject to no opposition from the ‘AMF. It is specified that given the current size of the supervisory board, currently composed of three members, it was decided not to constitute an ad hoc committee.
It is specified that the independent expert was mandated by the supervisory board to submit a report within the framework of the provisions of article 261-1 I 1o and 3o of the general regulations of the AMF and, in the event that the OPAS would be followed by a mandatory withdrawal, under article 261-1 II of the AMF general regulations.
