Because behind this almost perfect face, and a sober outfit for the occasion, hides an artificial intelligence. As for her physique, it is inspired by that of the Ukrainian singer and influencer Rosalie Numéro.
But to keep her in check and prevent Victoria Shi from slipping up, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has deployed an entire human staff, responsible for writing and controlling everything that the AI will say.
AI under close surveillance and security
Surveillance, control and security, the three key words to make Victoria Shi an ally in Ukrainian diplomacy. The AI is monitored in real time by human analysts. They check her answers and ensure that she only communicates accurate and appropriate information.
