Ikonisys announces the completion of a new financing via the issuance of a private bond of 0.5 million euros
Paris, August 3, 2023 – 6:30 p.m. – Ikonisys SA (ISIN Code: FR00140048X2 / Mnemonic: ALIKO), a company specializing in the early and precise detection of cancer thanks to a unique and fully automated solution for medical diagnostic laboratories, announces today the agreement of new financing via the issue of a €0.5 million non-convertible private bond subscribed by LPE II LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland and managed by Columbia Threadneedle Investments. The net proceeds of €0.5m will be used to support the financial flexibility of the company as part of the successful deployment of the commercial strategy.
