Ilbe: Launch of the share buyback program

(Boursier.com) — ILBE (Iervolino and Lady Bacardi Entertainment), a company active in the production of cinematographic and television content, in accordance with articles 2357 and 2357-ter of the Civil Code as well as article 132 of Legislative Decree no. 58/1998 and article 144-bis of Consob regulation no. 11971/1999, announces the launch, as of May 18, 2022, of the own share purchase program (repurchase) up to a maximum of 150,000 ordinary shares (representing approximately 0.4% of the current share capital) and for a maximum equivalent of 300,000 euros.

The program, in accordance with articles 2357 and 2357 ter of the Italian civil code, is in application of the resolution of the shareholders’ meeting of 12.11.2021 already made public. In order to execute the buyback program, ILBE has appointed Intermonte SIM as a qualified third-party intermediary, who will make purchase decisions based on the timing of transactions and in compliance with daily price and volume limits and the conditions of the program.

The buyback program will end on September 30, 2022. Any subsequent changes to the buyback program will be promptly communicated to the public in the manner and under the conditions provided for by applicable law.
