Bad looks, insults…

It was 10:30 p.m. when the fight broke out for an as yet undetermined reason. Some belligerents, members of the community of travelers from the sector but also from Aisne, were even armed with knives and machetes.

“We do not yet know the exact origin but it could be bad looks or insults and it is against a background of excessive alcohol consumption”, specifies the parquet floor of Meaux to our colleagues.

Police and gendarmes were able to disperse most of the participants in the brawl thanks to disencirclement grenades. Others wanted to do battle with them, injuring police officers in the nose or jaw. Six men were arrested and taken into custody.

The fair ends this Monday… in better conditions?
