Ile-de-France: six people sentenced for kidnapping, kidnapping and prostituting a 17-year-old teenager

Four men and two women were sentenced by the court of Évry-Courcouronnes (91) for kidnapping, forcible confinement and aggravated pimping. The victim was 17 years old at the time of the events, in May 2021.

The teenager had then left her family home, in Creuse, to join in Île-de-France, Edmison, Téo and Bryton, three young men aged between 19 and 22, whom she met on social networks, relates Le Parisien.

At this time, the victim explains that she was “under a balloon”, that is to say that she was consuming laughing gas, nitrous oxide. This drug has several effects on the body: uncontrollable giggles, feelings of euphoria, floating sensation and sensory distortions. According to one of the defendants, she consumed three to five carboys a day.

However, she decided to join Teo and Bryton the next day.

Taken away to be sold

Edmison discovered that the victim joined the other two boys and therefore decided to kidnap him, with the help of Francisco, his cousin. He then claimed to be a client. Arriving at the meeting, they put her in the trunk of a car.

For three days, she was sequestered in an apartment, shot with laughing gas. As the teenager refused to prostitute herself, these two kidnappers made the decision to sell her. Wanting to put an end to this plan, it was the two companions of Edmison and Francisco who freed the teenager by putting her again in a car trunk before leaving her in Combs-la-Ville, with a broken telephone chip. .
