(Boursier.com) — In a context of sustained growth in its activities and affirmation of its European dimension, the Group iliad changes its management structures:
Thomas Reynaud (Chief Executive Officer of the Group) thus appointed, on February 7, Nicolas Thomas to the position of Chief Executive Officer of Free. Thomas Robin becomes Chief Financial Officer of Free.
Nicolas Thomas and Thomas Robin have held positions of responsibility for more than ten years within the iliad Group, both in Italy and in France. Their appointment testifies to the Group’s continued desire to “promote its employees internally, in all functions and in all businesses”.
From now on, the Group will have a dedicated general management for each of its operators in the different countries where it operates, in France, Italy and Poland. The new organization will come into effect on March 6, 2023.
The Group General Management, around Thomas Reynaud (General Manager) and Nicolas Jaeger (Deputy General Manager) will supervise all the countries and subsidiaries, will ensure the proper monitoring of the strategic plan, the climate plan, and will prepare future developments. ..
