This Wednesday, February 7, France 2 will broadcast a new new series: All this I will give to you at 9:10 p.m. Adapted from the internationally successful novel by Dolores Redondo, Todo is to you dare (2016), by screenwriters Françoise Charpiat and Pascal Fontanille, this drama in 6 episodes of 52 minutes offers a very well-crafted plot. In the cast, we find the actor Bruno Solo, David Kammenos, Nicole Calfan, Louise Monot, Mélanie Maudran, Aurélien Wiik, Lionel Erdogan, Alexis, Annie Gregorio, Philypa Phoenix, and Sophie Cattani. David Kammenos, who plays Manuel, explained in particular that the series: “The weight of secrecy is such among the victims that there is a sort of injunction to remain silent, to sweep everything under the rug,” he revealed in L’Humanité. “The series is about the damage inflicted on those we want to silence. All this violence, this abuse…” The characters therefore try to free themselves from the past and sometimes this can taint the image we had of the missing person. “When a loved one dies, we tend to keep them to ourselves: our husband, our deceased. We freeze him in the image we imagined of him, in what we believed he was.” Inspired by the novel by Dolores Redondo, which takes place in Galicia, the series takes place in Provence: “Spain is way ahead of us.
