Illogic Games embarks on a new adventure by presenting flight path, a mixture of shoot ’em up and visual novel. Scheduled for January 2023 on Steam, the game benefits from a playable demo.
Kat, a space mechanics engineer, AJ, a disgraced detective and Max, a professional pilot face new adventures. Each of them enjoys a unique story where every decision counts, but with a common goal: to overthrow the crime syndicate that rules the planet Venaris. All the choices they make will affect their history, their friendships, their enemies, their end but especially their fights.
If the overall gameplay remains quite classic in flight path, it has rather enticing promises. The choices to be made are not confined to the visual novel aspect of the title, but also impact the space adventure. Depending on your decisions, it is possible to save an ally rather than kill a boss, and vice versa. The possibilities seem plentiful, especially since each character has unique abilities. Adding to this the total customization of the ship, Illogic Games offers a game with complex and complete dimensions.
