I'm a star – get me out of here !: RTL announces jungle camp in 2021

"I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!" is not in danger. RTL has confirmed a jungle camp season for the 2020/2021 TV season.

The corona crisis has presented many TV formats with challenges. For example, "Let's Dance" had to do without an audience in 2020 after just a few live shows. About the success format "I am a star – get me out of here!" (IBES, also available via TVNow) was already feared in 2020 due to the Australian forest fires. The new season for 2021 also appeared to be in danger given the corona pandemic. But RTL now gives the all-clear and confirms a new edition of the successful show.

There is also a reunion with these formats

The British counterpart "I'm a Celebrity … Get Me Out of Here!", Which is traditionally filmed in the same camp before the German version, is also said to have received the green light, as reported by the British media. However, sources not specified say that this time the transmitter ITV should refrain from taking the relatives of the jungle campers with them to Australia. Instead, the first video call should be recorded with the loved ones. So far, this has not been confirmed.

In addition to "IBES", RTL also promises "new, surprising seasons" from "Deutschland sucht den Superstar", "Das Supertalent", "Let's Dance", "Der Bachelor", "Das Sommerhaus der Stars" for the TV season 2020/2021. , "Because they do not know what happens", "Ninja Warrior Germany", "Farmer is looking for a woman" and "Who wants to be a millionaire?".

An extra helping of "I'm a star – get me out of here!" is available at RTLplus as usual. The daily talk format "The Hour After" returns after the "IBES" live shows. Angela Finger-Erben (40) and her guests discuss the events in the jungle camp and provide exclusive insights.
