IM Global Partner is launching iMGP Global Concentrated Equity (Isin code: LU2478691749), an international equity fund to be managed by the American company Scharf Investments, of which iM Global Partner holds 40% of the capital.
The latter applies disciplined and conviction-based management (only around thirty shares in the portfolio), with the aim of offering a good return/risk ratio thanks to a fundamental “value” approach.

Launched in 2014 across the Atlantic with the Scharf Global Opportunity Fund, this strategy clearly beat the average for international equity funds. The fund is also rated 5 stars by Morningstar. We can therefore hope that the performance of iMGP Global Concentrated Equity will be good.

Maximum entry fee: 3%; annual management fee: 1.75%.

Investing opinion

We have a positive view of this fund, which is well suited to the current economic and stock market context. Even if a continuation of the fall in the financial markets is possible in the coming months, better performance is likely in the long term due to valuations which have become generally reasonable again.
