(Boursier.com) — Dassault Real Estate announces that 94.38% of shareholders have chosen payment of the 2022 extraordinary dividend (0.94 euro per share) in new shares.
The issue price of the new shares was set at 48.89 euros, corresponding to 90% of the average Immobilière Dassault share price during the 20 trading sessions preceding the AGM, less the amount of the dividend.
As part of the payment of the extraordinary dividend in shares, 122,115 new shares will be issued, representing 1.81% of the capital.
The cash payment, in respect of the ordinary dividend and the extraordinary dividend for shareholders who have not exercised the option, will be paid from June 6, 2023.
