(CercleFinance.com) – Implanet announces today the signing of a distribution agreement for its JAZZ® range in China and a technological partnership with Sanyou Medical.
“We are proud to further strengthen this strategic partnership linking our two groups, this time at the commercial and technological level,” says Ludovic Lastennet, Managing Director.
According to him, the distribution agreement will allow the marketing of the entire JAZZ® range in China for which the regulatory files are already being initiated with the Chinese health authorities.
The two partners also plan to jointly develop a range of ‘unprecedented and innovative’ fastening systems for Western markets.
In addition, ‘this merger will allow us to quickly access leading technologies and know-how in the field of spine surgery’, adds the manager.
