The Thundertruck company reinvents the automobile and unveils an unusual electric vehicle concept with foldable solar panels that can go from 4 to 6 wheels.

Electric vehicles are on the rise. Many increasingly wild variations have appeared on the market, including the Thundertruck 4×4 or 6×6, developed by the American team at Wolfgang IP.

An all-terrain vehicle with a wild look that shakes up the rules

While many automakers seek to revolutionize electric cars, the Thundertruck, an all-terrain truck, shakes up the look of standard vehicles with its crazy design.

This modern day racing car has an overall square style with an angular design that gives it an aggressive look. It has many similarities to Tesla’s Cybertruck, an electric pickup slated for the year 2023. But, compared to its rival, the Thundertruck is perched on large off-road wheels, which seems to accentuate the truck effect. and which, by its large volume, makes it more substantial.

An electric vehicle packed with innovative features

This road monster has some cool features like the ability to easily switch from 4WD to 6WD. This ability to have extra wheels makes this vehicle formidable and achieves power and performance that are hard to match. This is followed by the solar panels that can be folded into bat wings, which allow the electric truck to recharge its energy in sunny areas, when it is stationary. These solar awnings also have the advantage of providing shade when you are camping, for example.

For lovers of long road trips, the Thundertruck has a lot to offer. This innovative racing car has a range of 560 miles in 6×6, which is the equivalent of around 900 km. In a standard 4×4, it can reach 400 miles of range and can even go from 0 to 60 MPH in just 3.5 seconds.

Finally, when it comes to horsepower, this all-terrain truck goes from 800hp to 940hp if you go for the 6×6 wheel setup, a remarkable level of power for an electric vehicle.
