The early evening series "In allerfreund – The young doctors" is getting its next TV film. "Advent Child" is broadcast in winter.
The successful early evening series "In allerfreund – The young doctors" (since 2015, Thursdays, 6:50 pm, the first) gets its second TV film. The shooting in the snow-covered Thuringian Forest, in Erfurt and in the fictional Johannes Thal Clinic in Erfurt for "Advent Child", the working title, has now been completed, as the broadcaster reports.
That's what the new film is about
It's getting sporty for "Die Junge Ärzte": Julia Berger (Mirka Pigulla), Ben Ahlbeck (Philipp Danne) and Dr. Elias Bähr (Stefan Ruppe) are used as competition doctors at the Biathlon Junior World Championships in Oberhof and care for the young athletes there. Among these, Klara Wegner (Caroline Cousin) seems to have the best chance of a medal. Her father and coach Dominik Wegner (Jens Atzorn) worries about her on a tour.
While Klara is concentrating on the preparations for the Junior World Championships in the Thuringian Forest and meets Julia Berger, she has no idea what is going on in nearby Erfurt. Her mother Silke (Julia Malik) meets at the Erfurt Christmas Market with her sister Christine Schremmer (Julia Thurnau), who runs a small shop there with her Christmas magic. But at the annual meeting of the two sisters, Klara's mother Silke suffers an epileptic seizure. A secret weighs heavily on her and affects her relationship with her sister Christine.
Dr. Leyla Sherbaz (Sanam Afrashteh) and Dr. Matteo Moreau (Mike Adler) observe the scene and provide first aid. At the Johannes Thal Clinic, it quickly becomes clear that there is more to Silke's collapse. Silke urgently needs an operation! Will she still be able to cheer on Klara's big competition on site and what secret has she thrown off track?
The film "In all Friendship – The Young Doctors: Advent Child" (AT) is expected to be broadcast on Das Erste in the run-up to Christmas 2021. The first feature film special "All in White" ran on December 17, 2019 at 8:15 pm on Das Erste.
