On Sunday morning, the Kapfenberg-Diemlach volunteer fire department was alerted by telephone to a traffic accident on the B116.
A flying swan collided with a moving car, and the wild bird’s impact damaged the car’s windshield. The swan remained lying unable to fly – but when we tried to catch it to take it to the vet, the animal fled into the Mürz.
