In Paris, paid parking for motorized two-wheelers postponed to September 2022

Mobilization of “angry bikers”

The City had requested the services of the State and concluded an agreement with the France Connect interface allowing authentication on government sites, in particular in order to “Facilitate” the procedures for owners of two-wheelers wishing to apply for a resident card.

About 500 “angry bikers”, according to figures from the police headquarters, demonstrated on Saturday against paid parking in the streets of the capital.

The town hall ensures that the technical development of the device will be finalized in July, which justifies the establishment of paid parking from September.
