The first all-electric convertible comes from BMW: In April, the Mini Cooper SE with a fabric top will be launched, in time for the start of the season. However, because the convertible is significantly heavier and offers more resistance to the airstream, the driving performance is somewhat lower: BMW specifies 8.2 seconds for the standard sprint, i.e. almost a second more, and the range shrinks from 232 to 201 kilometers. The top speed is probably limited to 150 km/h. The hood can be opened up to 30 km/h, which increases the driving pleasure, but further reduces the range. The only bad thing about the little joy dispenser is the price: 59,990 euros.
