April 5 (Reuters) – The Nikkei index ended up slightly higher on Tuesday in the wake of Wall Street, after a session sawtooth.
The Nikkei index gained 0.19% to 27,787.98 points and the broader Topix fell 0.23% to 1,949.12 points.
