This Monday, August 1, M6 broadcast an unpublished episode of its show Incognito boss. In this program, company bosses agree to make up to spend a few days with their employees without the latter recognizing them. And on this first day of August, it was Emmanuel Tedesco and Ouriel Hodara, founders of a yogurt ice cream brand, who lent themselves to the game. The filming of the show took place during the summer of 2020 and the two bosses went to meet their seasonal salespeople. Two years later, our colleagues from Tele-Leisure went to meet them to find out what had become of them.
Remember, at the very end of the episode, Lucile, an employee of the brand, was invited to take training to become an assistant manager. And it was the case ! “Lucile became assistant manager, then manager of a point of sale in Le Havre. She has inclinations to become a franchisee one day, in the medium term. She wants to take over the two points of sale in Le Havre which belong to someone older who will retire at some point”explained Emmanuel Tedesco to our colleagues. For Brice, the future is brighter since he received a bonus of 300 euros and was also entitled to managerial training. “Brice is about to become assistant manager. It took a little longer. He is in training. He is still just as dynamic and motivated”.
The two business leaders happy to be able to count on their employees
The two business leaders are happy to be able to count on quality employees: “We are very happy when there are people in our teams or those of our franchisees who evolve in their work or become franchisees themselves. These are the best profiles for us, because they know the brand and have already made their mark there. weapons”. But a point of sale has closed, that of Soulac-sur-mer ! “At the end of the 2020 season, the point of sale – which was ephemeral – closed. It was a seasonal lease. The owner, seeing that it had worked well, wanted to double the rent the year of after. The franchisees refused and had to leave the premises”.
