(AOF) – INEA has announced the acquisition from Icade of a set of offices located on ZAC Cambacérès in Montpellier, opposite the new Montpellier Sud de France station. This is a off-plan sale made up of two buildings offering a rental area of 4,122 square meters for one and 4,421 square meters for the other, as well as 236 parking spaces in the basement. The first building designed to accommodate a school will be delivered in September 2024; the second in November 2024.
