Inflation is accelerating in Germany but in line with expectations, the Cac 40 remains on the rise

The Paris Stock Exchange continues to gain 1% at the start of the afternoon, awaiting an initial rebound in New York. Consumer price inflation accelerated in August, to 8.8% year on year, but no more than consensus expectations.
