The 28-year-old announced this on Instagram on Tuesday and said that he was struggling with serious health problems.
Now the influencer seems to be doing a little better – he can go home to his family over the holidays.

The 28-year-old is in the hospital. To a photo that Riccardo posted on Tuesday and on which he looks sadly into the camera in a hospital gown and mask, he writes: “All I wish for Christmas is that I will be happy and healthy again.” But what happened?
«Exhausting and scary»
The entertainer explains: “The truth is, I have had a few health problems that have not been without, and that have made me spend most of my time at the doctor or in the hospital. The whole thing was not only physically challenging, but also scary. ”
Riccardo leaves open what exactly he is suffering from. However, he makes it clear that his hospital stay has nothing to do with the corona virus. “In this whole pandemic you read so much about Corona that you almost forget that there are other things that can put you out of action,” said the 28-year-old.
“My very own Christmas present”
In his emotional post he explains why he kept the truth about his health a secret from his fans for so long: “Since I didn’t know how long I would feel like this, I thought it would be best to keep everything to myself to keep », says Riccardo. He did not intend to discuss any of it at all. «I wanted to go back to normal as soon as I felt better. But then I thought to myself – why not show if you are not feeling well? “
The good news is: Riccardo seems to be doing better. He concludes: “That my treatment was successfully completed so shortly before Christmas and that I can spend the holidays with my family at home is my very own Christmas present and I can’t tell you how grateful I am for it. »
